Students choose a part (region, province, state or territory) of a country to prepare a report and a poster about that place. Then, they have to report their classmates about it with the help of pictures and the poster they prepared.
Information they have to include in the oral presentation of their poster :
- Name of the place / Situation on a map
- Size (population)
- Geographical features (mountains, rivers, sea, …)
- Weather
- Economy (people´s main jobs)
- Places to visit (monuments, museums, national parks,…)
- Things to buy (typical products)
- Food to try
- Music
All the students are given some webpages where they can find the required information.
